How to Choose the Perfect Photo

The better your photo, the more your keepsake will look just like them. Here's how to pick a great one.

Do this

A clear, well-lit, in-focus photo

Choose a photo where your pet's face is sharp, clearly visible, and well-lit. Straight-on or slightly angled works best. If you can see the detail clearly, we can engrave it beautifully.

Blurry, dark, or cropped photos

Avoid photos that are low-resolution, poorly lit, or where the face is partly cut off or covered. If you can't see the detail, it can't be engraved. When in doubt, send us your photo and we'll let you know.
